School Photo Registration 📸 School Photo Release & Consent * At CAXposure, we are committed to capturing special moments of your child’s experiences. From time to time, a professional photographer will visit to take individual, class, and candid photos. These images may be shared with families and may also be featured on our website, social media, newsletters, or other school-related materials. By granting consent, you authorize Caxposure and our designated photographer to: Photograph your child during school photo sessions and classroom activities. Use and reproduce your child’s photos for: Individual and class photo packages for families School website and password-protected galleries (if applicable) Official social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) Printed or digital newsletters, flyers, and brochures Internal displays within the daycare/school You acknowledge and agree that: Consent is required as part of registration. No compensation will be provided for the use of these images. Photos will not be sold or shared with outside parties without your additional written consent. You may revoke consent at any time by submitting a written request to school administration. Student Package $50.00: 1 - 8x10 4 - 5x7 8 - Wallets 1 - Class photo Digital download via email I am the Parent/legal guardian of the enrolled child, and I give my full consent for photographs of my child to be taken and used as described above. I also agree to pay the mentioned amount in full outlined above. Thank you! We will create a QR code for your child at the time of photo session. This QR code will tie them with their name. Please send payment via check or cash on the day of the session.
